Where Do I Start? Your Morning Routine


As a complete oral care system, the Complete Coco Kit has all your daily whitening steps covered; from morning to night.

Step 1

Start your day off with an oil pulling sesh using our 100% organic coconut oil pulling sachets.

  • First off, warm the sachet in your hands to ensure a smooth, liquid consistency.
  • Tear the top off the sachet and dispense into your mouth. Swill around your mouth for 5-20 minutes and then spit into the trash.
  • Rinse your mouth and step 1 is done!

What’s Next?


After oil pulling, we recommend following up with our Activated Charcoal Toothpaste,Tongue Cleaner and Mouth Rinse.


Step 2

To use the toothpaste, simply brush your teeth (using our Charcoal Bamboo Bristle Toothbrush of course) for 2-3 minutes, as you would with your normal, everyday toothpaste.


Step 3

Next up, use the tongue cleaner to remove any lingering residue from your tongue for added mouth freshness. Apply gentle pressure and scrape tongue cleaner along the surface of the tongue.


Step 4

Lastly, complete your morning routine with our Alcohol Free, Activated Charcoal Mouth Rinse.

  • Simply shake the bottle and pour into cap.
  • Swill around the mouth for 30 seconds and then spit out.

What About @ Night?


Step 1

Here’s where the magic happens! Time to break out our heavy hitter of natural teeth whitening, our Activated Charcoal Tooth Polish.

  • Start by wetting your Bamboo Bristle Toothbrush.
  • Take your jar of activated charcoal and tap the lid to prevent any unnecessary mess and open carefully.
  • Gently dab toothbrush into the jar and tap off any excess powder.
  • Brush teeth for 2-3 minutes using gentle, circular motions. Rinse your mouth thoroughly.

Step 2

Follow up with our Activated Charcoal Toothpaste.

  • Brush for a further 2 minutes, just like your morning routine.
  • Following this, go in with your tongue scraper once again and thoroughly clean your tongue.

Step 3
